Pinehurst-56-0 was the final tally for the night as  the Fullington Trojans got pummelled. The Trojans were missing many starters due to injuries and disciplinary reasons. Down by a score of 8-0 with seconds to go in the first half Covenant Christian snuck one by Fullington to push the score to 16-0.
In the second half “ number 44 for them just wore us down as the night went on as we were completely depleted on resources by the fourth quarter. However, they left all their starters in till the finall whistle  when it was quite obvious we couldn’t come back on them and I don’t know why,” said Head Coach Jason Hurst. “As for now we get to rest up a week before getting back at our region schedule on the 16th of October.”
