PINEVIEW — The second of two burglars who robbed has been apprehended by law enforcement just a few short hours after the incident occurred.

According to reports, two men entered the Planter’s First bank. A deputy responding to a alarm call at the business shot one suspect in the leg. The second suspect fled the scene entering a wooded area. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation was called in to assist and a state helicopter responded. Deputies from both Wilcox and Pulaski County also worked this case. The ages of the suspects are 17 and 21. The suspect who was shot was airlifted to a Macon Hospital.
