PINEHURST — Fullington Academy has announced that Kristi Greer, of Unadilla, has been named headmaster for the 2009-2010 school year.
Mrs. Greer has been the technology teacher/guidance counselor for two years. She came to Fullington Academy in 2007 after working for the Economic Development Department in Dooly County for eight years.
In 1998, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in political science and went on to complete a Masters of Public Administration degree in 2000, both from Georgia College & State University.
“I am excited about this opportunity to lead the school in a new capacity,” Mrs. Greer says, “and I look forward to continued relationships with faculty, students and parents here at this great school.”
Kristi’s and her husband, Bill Greer, who is co-owner of Pinehurst Equipment Company in Pinehurst have three children, Ansley, 6; Ava, 4 and Will, 22 months.
