Murray Stephens gets a serving of chicken & dumplings from Micki Arthur at Not Just Java in Vienna. City of Vienna’s Community Development office sponsored a recent “Progressive Shopping and Dining” event that included a variety of downtown businesses. This event was a precursor to the traveling Smithsonian Exhibition, “Key Ingredients: America by Food” which is coming to Vienna in late June.
