I have always been a believer in paying respect to an employee when they do a good job. Especially if they consistently accomplish their task at or above expectations.

I don’t know how many of you have observed the employees of the City of Cordele at work; but there is a small group who really stand out in my opinion. Those are the people who operate the street sweepers. I want to thank these people for doing an outstanding job.
