CORDELE — Funeral services for Shannon Hallford Findley will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 10, 2015 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services.  The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Shannon, 38, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at her residence.  Born in Cordele, she was a veterinary tech and attended Arabi Baptist Church.
Shannon is survived by her husband, Jon Michael Findley and their two children, Michael J. Findley, and Rayna Alexandra Findley, all of Cordele; her parents Johnny and Sharon Parks Hallford of Cordele; a sister and her husband, Allison and Todd Steiner of Americus; her father and mother-in-law, William J. and Barbara Findley of Cordele; two sisters-in law, Misty Bennett and her husband, Coleman of Thomasville and Tara Findley of Seattle WA;  two nieces and a nephew, Brianna Madison Bloodsworth, Mary Charlotte Saliba and Bowen Bennett.  She was preceded in death by grandmothers, Doris Gordon and Ruth Bitzkie and grandparents-in-law, William J., Sr. and Atheline Findley and Jack and Mary Moore.
