TIFTON – Funeral services for Patricia “Pat” Mims Crutchfield, 76, will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015 in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Pat died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015 at Southern Care Assisted Living in Tifton. She was born in Cordele, Ga. to the late David A. Mims and the late Sally E. Hayslip Mims. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed several hobbies, including sewing, gardening and crafts. She thoroughly enjoy her role as grandmother to her grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her sister, Linda M. Thompson; her grandson, Andrew George Welch; and her husbands: Hardin A. Bailey, Drew Welch and George Crutchfield.
Pat is survived by her children: Linda P. Bailey of Albany, David A. Bailey of Albany, Carol Bailey (Kenneth) Hitt of Sylvester, Randy (Tammy) Welch of Cordele, Susan Gail Dockery of Albany and Phillip Drew (Susan) Welch of Grantville, Ga.; her sister: Lynn (Roy) Pate of Cordele; her nieces: Kim (Brian) Joudon and Amy (Chris) Lytle; nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
