ARABI — Funeral services for Robert Gordon “Bobby” Tedders of Arabi will be held in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2016. Burial will follow in Seville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Friday evening, March 25, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Bobby, 78, passed away Wednesday, March 23 at Crisp Regional Hospital.  He was born in Dodge County and was the son of the late Hershel Ray and Nettie Lee Smith Tedders. Bobby was a carpenter and an active member of Rockhill Baptist Church. He was known around town as the candy man because he gave out candy wherever he went. He was an avid fisherman and loved attending gospel sings. Bobby is survived by his wife of 30 years,Willine Royal of Arabi;  Four children and their spouses, Alan and Kim Tedders of Petersburg, TN, Angie Parks-Fordham and Darren Fordham and Kevin Tedders, all of Cordele, and Frankie and April Tedders of Rebecca;  eleven grandchildren, Shelby Fender, Alex Parks and his fiancée, Rachelle Barricklow, Ryan Tedders and his fiancée, Miranda Rowe, Dallas Tedders, Adain McCarver, Elijah McCarver, Dustin Tedders, Annabella Tedders, Josh and Sarah Fordham, Charity Fordham and her fiancé, Josh Bowen and Chelsey and Marty Souza;  three great-grandchildren, Ariana Parks, Liam Souza and Colton Fender, and the mother of his children, Sandra Dickerson. He was preceded in death by siblings, Roscoe Tedders, Leroy Tedders, James Tedders, Verna McClain, Lutrelle Burnett, Lois Barrs, Ellen Barrs and Mary Judge.
