CORDELE – Elizabeth “Miss Lib” Rentfrow Folds, 90, died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Crisp Regional Nursing & Rehab. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Northern Heights Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Zion Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Mrs. Folds was a native of Arabi, Ga. and the daughter of the late Allen D. Rentfrow and Blanche Pauline Owens Rentfrow. She is the widow of Leroy Childers Folds. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Elaine Folds Jacob, and her siblings: Allen D. Rentfrow, Jr., Nelta R. Helms, Loyd Rentfrow, Marvin Rentfrow and Kermit Rentfrow.
She was a retired seamstress for B.C. Moore and Sons. “Miss Lib” was a member of the Northern Height Baptist Church.  She was a charter member of the Pateville Community Club, a member of the Northern Heights Senior Citizen Group and loved quilting and cooking.
Mrs. Folds is survived by her sons: Wayne (Linda) Folds of Swainsboro, Ga., Jimmy (Evelyn) Folds of Tifton, Ga. and Gerald (Leigh) Folds of Rockmart, Ga.; daughters Denise (Wallace) Lamb of Rochelle Ga., and Belinda (Jody) Griffin of Cordele, Ga.; her brothers: Herman Lee (Marie) Rentfrow of Enterprise, Ala. and Charles Wendell (Faye) Rentfrow of Birmingham, Ala.; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the Northern Heights Baptist Church Building Fund, Zion Hope Cemetery Fund or the Gideons International.
