CORDELE — Aaron Phillip Holder, 34, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.  On February 14, 1982, Aaron was born in Cordele to John Michael Holder and Rhoda Smith Holder.  He was employed by Norfolk Southern Railroad and was a member of the Baptist faith.
Aaron had a passion for singing and playing the guitar and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors; as well as spending time with his family, especially his daughter.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Ashlee Calhoun Holder of Vienna; his daughter, Lexie Holder of Peachtree City; his mother, Rhoda Holder of Cordele; his father and step-mother, Mike and Dawn Holder of Vienna; a brother, Michael Holder of Cordele; a sister, Hannah Holder of Cordele; and a niece, Chloe Holder.
Visitation will be Friday, April 15th from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Rainey Family Family Funeral Services in Cordele, GA.  Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Lake Blackshear Baptist Church with burial following at Sunnyside Cemetery.
