VIENNA — Joseph Joel Harper, age 52 of Vienna died April 15, 2016 at his home. Service will be held at a later date.Mr. Harper was born May 3, 1963 to June Fletcher Harper and the late Alfred Jacob Harper. He was a small business owner and served his country proudly in the United States Army for four years.  Survivors include his mother, June Fletcher Harper of Ocilla, one brother Jacob Harper of Evans, Ga. Reflection Cremation & Funeral Service of Tifton is in charge of arrangements.
