WARWICK — Mr. Calvin H. Jones, 84, of Warwick, and formerly of Yulee, FL, died Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at his residence.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday May 21, 2016 at Rocky Mount Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Carlton Webb will officiate.
Mr. Jones was born on January 10, 1932 in Yulee, FL. to the late Ward Tucker and Olive Libby Jones. He was a graduate of Yulee High School and a United States Navy Veteran of the Korean War.  Mr. Jones was a self employed Shrimper.  Following his retirement, he and his wife moved to Worth County in 2003. Mr. Jones was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church and had served as a Deacon for over
60 years in various churches.  He enjoyed fishing and his work.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Pipkin Jones of Warwick; children, David C. Jones (Genevieve) of Plant City, FL; Marcia Jones (Tommy),  John C. Jones (Shelia) and Terri J. Johnson (Wayne), all of Yulee, FL; grandchildren, Rebekah J. McLeod (Joe), Jeremy D. Jones, Kellie J. McLeod (Nick), Kyle Edwards (Brandy), Marcy J. Frederick (Jameson), Kristin J. VanBever (Stephen), Jana Jones, Lindsey J. Doudna (Tanner), Jacob Jones, Roger Calvin Johnson (Tammy) and Jennie L. Johnson; 15 great grandchildren;  and a sister, Linda Brazell (Larry) of Yulee, FL.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until service hour at Rocky Mount Baptist Church.
