CORDELE — The 67th Annual Watermelon Days Festival is in full swing with lots of events going on throughout the month.

The Crisp County Lions Club is currently accepting registration for the 2nd Annual Watermelon Cornhole Tournament to be held at Turner Park, located at the corner of 24th Avenue and 3rd Street in Cordele.

There will be both a youth and adult division for the competition. Entry will be $5 per youth team and $20 per adult team. Registration will be accepted the day of the tournament but teams should arrive early in order to make deadline. The first bag will be tossed at 9 a.m. Fees are non-refundable.
