VIENNA — Clara Lang Brown,76, died at her residence Sunday night, July 3, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 7, 2016 in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Dorough Cemetery on Midway Church Road. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Brown was born in Cordele, Ga. to the late Lenard Bodrey and the late Beatrice Clark Bodrey. She is preceded in death by her siblings: Nadine Bodrey, Barbara Millwood and Steve Bodrey; her brother-in-law: Oliver Millwood; and her sister-in-law; Jane Bodrey.

Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and member of Drayton Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, and painting arts and crafts.

She is survived by her husband: Ronald Chuck Brown of Vienna; her mother-in-law: Gloria Brown of Vienna; her children: Gerry (Trish Black) Lang of Vienna, Terry (Suzy) Lang of Americus, Cathy (Jimmy) Lee of St. Petersburg, Fla., Donna Beavers of Vienna and Karen Kuntz of North Redington Beach, Fla.; her siblings: Gene (Eloise) Bodrey, Harold Bodrey, Johnny (Linda) Bodrey, Mary Jane (Sam) Graham, Laverne Taylor, and Denise (Jerry) Coffee; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
