Wildcats go on the road get big win

After falling behind at half time in a high scoring affair up in Fayetteville at Solid Rock Christian Academy. The Crisp Academy Wildcats roared back to win the game 50-46 on Friday night.

“ I was proud of the team for competing in an intense game for 48 minutes. They did not quit and fought to the end. It was a good a good win going into our open week. Our next four games are region matchups and will determine if we make the playoffs,” said Head Coach Price Jones.

The Wildcats were

lead on offense by Griffin Gravitt who threw 6 touchdown passes. On the receiving end of those passes were Bobby Ray Mitchell with three touchdowns and Trey Williams, Gaige Little and Devin Howard all hauled in a touchdown pass. Little also ran for one score. From the stop-em side of the ball the Wildcats were led by Austin Cobb and Billy Hardin. In the 4th quarter Blake Odom’s interception changed the pace of the game and gave the Wildcats offense a chance to score and come out victorious. The Wildcats play Central Fellowship at 7:30pm in Macon for their first region game.ca 2
