Albert Grant “John” Dover, Jr. of Warwick died Thursday, February 9, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2017 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow at Warwick Methodist Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Friday, February 10, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  John was born in McRae to the late Albert Grant Dover, Sr. and Helen McGowan Dover.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman and a collector of old tools. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Regina Clark Dover of Warwick; two sons, Albert Grant Dover, III of Warwick and Shaun Dover and his wife, Staci of Leesburg; two sisters, Vickie Gunn and Betty Murray, both of McRae;  four grandchildren, granddaughters, Ava Dover, Anslei Dover and Kristi Davis, and grandson, Cameron Dover, all of Leesburg.
