Joshua Stokes was selected as a Pop Warner Southeast Region, 1st Team, All-Region Scholar-Athlete. This recognition has been awarded to him based on his scholastic performance, extra-curricular activities, and community involvement.  As a Southeast Region 1st Team Scholar, he is part of an elite group. Only 40 football players were selected in each grade level. He will be honored at the 16th Annual Region Scholastic Banquet to be held in honor of 1st Team Scholar Athletes in Orlando, Florida, on Saturday, March 25, 2017.

Joshua is a 5th grade student at Crisp County Elementary School and plays Pop Warner football for the Lee County Warriors.  He is the son of John and Kristen Stokes.
