MCDONOUGH — Funeral services for Jane Register Barefoot, 77, will beheld at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2017, in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Seville Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m.

Mrs. Barefoot died Sunday evening, March 12, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Crisp County, Ga. to George Wilkes Register and Ida Rae Hughes Register. She was a homemaker and member of the Seville Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband: Norman Barefoot of McDonough; her son: David Barefoot and his wife Rhonda of McDonough; her daughters: Donna Bowman of McDonough, Karen Oglesby and her husband Eric of Locust Grove; her brother: Jimmy Register and his wife Carol of Seville; her sister: Diane McGahee and her husband Gary of Pitts, Ga.; and five grandchildren.
