By Joe Joe Wright:   In the early morning hours of Saturday May 13, 2017, a fire turned into a homicide. The GBI and Cordele Police Department are investigating the discovery of a body that was found after the fire was out.The incident occurred at 205 West 18th ave.The body of an adult male was discovered. The investigation led to the arrest to the arrest of one individual. All names are being with held at this time as the investigation continues. The Cordele Dispatch will release the names as they become available. Chief Rodriguez said,” The loss of life as a result of any circumstance is simply tragic and they will work hand and hand with the GBI to bring those responsible to justice.”
