Mary Helen Kinard, 76,of Cordele passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Crisp Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services. The family will greet friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She was born in Columbus, Muscogee County and was the daughter of the late Carlton and Claudia Lee Moore Bihm. Mary Helen was a teacher (RET) in the Dooly County School System and a member of the Baptist faith. A voracious reader, she also enjoyed gardening and was an animal lover. She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Trudy Lynn and William Dawson of Warner Robins and Sherri Lee and Ken Dodgen of Guyton; a daughter-in-law, Kelly Brown of Thomaston; five grandchildren, Alex Brown of Pennsylvania, William Skyeler Bloodworth of Vienna, and Henry Albert Dodgen, Grace Lee and Bonnie Clair Dodgen, all of Guyton; and a devoted sister, Carolyn B.
