Emma Ruth Bullington Watson, 72, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Pinehill Nursing Home in Byromville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Herman Watson and her parents, Alton Bullington, Sr. and Myrtice Verline Watson Bullington. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2017 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services. The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday beginning at 1:00 p.m. Emma was born in Crisp County and was a homemaker and a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was an avid country music fan. Her favorite time of the day was mornings having coffee with her daughter, Jo and her husband, Jerry. Emma is survived by her children and their spouses, Debra Foskey of Warner Robins, Shebra “Jo” and Jerry Sanders of Cordele, Billy and Jeannie Watson of Ashburn and Jennifer Hudson of Arabi; eight grandchildren, Christie Sebyt and her husband, Jason, Angela Walker and her husband, Logan, Melinda Sanders, Heather Hudson, D.J. Hudson, Michael Adams, Destiny Adams and Cherry D. Adams; three great-grandchildren, Grayson Walker, Madeline Sebyt and Amelia Sebyt; a brother and his wife, Alton and Rita Bullington of Cordele; and a sister, Sara Medlock of Cordele.
