Former County Commissioner Indicted

Former Crisp County Commissioner Brad Faircloth was indicted on six counts of Theft By Taking in Houston County Superior Court.

The formal motion was filed by the Houston County Superior Court and the case will be tried by Assistant District Attorney Gregory Winters.

Faircloth, who served from 2005-2010 as a Crisp County Commissioner, is being accused of six felonies that are alleged to have taken place from April 2012 to May 2013 at the Title Cash Express in Warner Robins.
