A memorial service for Earl “Pickle” Eugene Laughter of Cordele will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Thrive Church of Cordele. The family will meet with friends immediately following the service. Earl, 53,  passed away Friday, December 1, 2017. Born in Atlanta, he was the son of Earl Dean and Janice Pugh Laughter. Earl was an avid fisherman and NASCAR fan. He loved his family and his time with them but his passion in life was to make people laugh and see them happy. Earl was an active member of Thrive Church of Cordele. He is survived by his wife of three years, Amanda Laughter of Cordele;  his children, Brian Eugene Laughter of Moultrie and Taylor Carroll and J.C. Conley, both of Cordele;  his father, Earl Dean Laughter of Atlanta; and grandchildren, Brenna Laughter and Jayla Laughter, both of Moultrie. He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Pugh Laughter; siblings, Kenneth Laughter and Renee Perez; and grandson, Brian Laughter, Jr. Arrangements are by Rainey Family Funeral Services.
