CORDELE – Crisp County animals are getting extra help from thanks to 12-year-old Miss Amanda Smith. Back in April Smith reached out to Crisp County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services Sgt. Amy Payne with a donation to help needy animals in Crisp County. She has recently reached out again with another donation bringing her total to a little over $400.  Smith spends her spare time at Tractor Supply educating customers on needy animals in Crisp County and accepting donations.

Miss Amanda Smith will be starting the 7th grade this upcoming school year, and aspires to be a veterinarian when she grows up.
