I-75 northbound exit 112 ramp in Dooly County opens Sunday

From a Georgia Department of Transportation press release:

What: Georgia DOT crews will be opening the new exit 112 ramp onto Georgia 27 from Interstate 75 northbound in Dooly County this Sunday, Jun. 16, 2019. In the meantime, workers will be painting the pavement markings and installing overhead signage. This final work will be done in overnight shifts from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. tonight, Jun. 13 through Monday morning, Jun. 17, 2019.

The right lanes and shoulders of both Interstate 75 northbound and southbound will be closed to traffic while the workers are at the site. Signage will be placed in advance of the work zone, and motorists are urged to be alert to the closures and to slow their speeds through the area.

  • Lane closures: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. tonight, Jun. 13 through Monday morning, Jun. 17, 2019
  • Exit 112 northbound ramp opens: Sunday, Jun. 16, 2019
