Wilcox Patriots working hard through summer practice schedule

The Wilcox County High School football team is currently in the later stages of their summer practice schedule in preparation for the 2019 season. Pictured in the slideshow above are photos from the Patriots’ practice session from Tuesday morning.
The Patriots begin the 2019 regular season at home against Wilkinson County on August 30, but prior to that Wilcox will play two preseason scrimmages early next month. Their first preseason game will be on the road at Pierce County on August 9, and their second scrimmage is set for August 16 in Rochelle against Johnson County.
