CORDELE — Funeral services for Elsie Collins, 83, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Penia Baptist Church with burial following in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service Sunday beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the church.  Elsie  passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015 at her residence.
