“We are getting to know some new kids that are coming up from the middle school and starting to get the boys in shape for this fall,” said Head coach Shelton Felton. The Cougars had 104 kids show up for Summer workouts. That amount of kids coming out one week after school is out to run and workout in the heat is a very good sign of things to come. The Cougars will be learning positions and increasing cardio and muscular development over the next 8 weeks. The Dispatch will be monitoring all local schools and there Summer work out programs over the next two months.
