NEWNAN, GA. — Funeral services for Mitchell Jackson, 34, of Newnan, Ga. were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. Pastor Steve Clifton and Pastor Steve Helton officiated the service. Burial followed at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Bro. John Shedd officating.

Serving as pallbearers were: Chris Helton, Mike Mathis, Tommy Kimbrell, Chad Walker, John Lee Hobbs, Tyler Jackson and Adam Mixon.

During the service, “Peace In the Valley” and “What a Day that Will Be” were played. Mitchell’s wife and children sang “Baa Baa Black Sheep” and “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” beside their husband and daddy’s casket. The service conluded with the playing of “Home, Sweet Home.”
