Perry Eugene Hauesler

Funeral services for Perry Eugene Hauesler, 56, were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services with the Revs. Jerry Lavender and Eric Smith officiating.  Pre-recorded music which included “Go Rest High On That Mountain” and “Trust You” were played during the service and “My Way” was played at the close. The committal service followed in New Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers were Billy Hauesler, Brandon Hauesler, Ken Hauesler, Kirby Hauesler, Paul Lowery and Shane Adkins. Other pallbearers were Tommy Hauesler, Terry Hauesler and Lee Hauesler. Perry passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Crisp Regional Hospital . Perry was born in Cordele and was the son of Elma Grady Hauesler and Carolyn Ray Hauesler.  An avid deer hunter, he was a machinist at Blue Bird and an active member of New Hope Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Mary Johnson Hauesler of Cordele;  his mother, Carolyn Hauesler of Cordele; two brothers and their wives, John and Jamie Hauesler of Cordele and Marvin and Bonnie Hauesler of Vienna;  a sister and her husband, Rose and Dennis Phillips of Hawkinsville; his mother-in-law, Nell C. Johnson of Rochelle, two brothers-in-law, Bill Johnson and Scott Johnson and his wife, Laura Johnson; several nieces and nephews; and his special furry baby, Dixie.
