CORDELE – Funeral services for Jane Wehlitz Osborne of Cordele will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2017, in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Zion Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jane, 60, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.  She was born in Cordele, Crisp County, the daughter of the late Herbert Paul Wehlitz and Geraldine Culpepper Wehlitz.  She was the Senior Accountant at Sumter County Board of Commissioners and an active member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Jane is survived by her son, Paul Arthur of Cordele;  one grandson, Riley Arthur of Cordele; a brother and his wife, Phillip and Claire Wehlitz of Steamboat Springs, CO;  three sisters and their husbands, Effie and Tony Wade of Cordele, Emmie and Jackie Collier of Sylvania and Paula and Butch Dockery of Murphy, NC.

Memorial contributions may be made to Antioch Baptist Church, 706 Antioch Road, Cordele, GA 31015.
