Brenda H. Irwin, age 76, of 3810 Collins Road, Unadilla, died Sunday, June 18, 2017, at her residence.

Born in Unadilla, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Herring and Fannie Lou Staples Herring.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Unadilla, the WMU and had taught Sunday School.  Mrs. Irwin taught kindergarten at Fullington Academy for over 10 years and was also a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, James Ray Irwin of Unadilla; her sons, Jim Irwin of Cordele and Dan Irwin of Unadilla; her daughter-in-law, Monica Irwin of Vienna; her grandchildren, Jerrett Irwin, Jantzen Irwin and Conner Irwin.

Funeral services were held at 11 AM Tuesday, June 20 in First Baptist Church of Unadilla with Rev. Bruce Howland officiating.  Interment was in Walnut Cemetery.
