Funeral services for Brynleigh Grace Allen were held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 4, 2017 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services with Lee Guerry and Rev. Ken Bevel officiating. Cindy Clifton, aunt, gave sweet words of remembrance. “Jesus Loves Me” was played as the processional. Other music included “Slipped Away,” “If You Could See Me Now” and “Gone Too Soon.” The service was closed with “Amazing Grace.” The family received friends after the service at the funeral home from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Brynleigh passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Phoebe-Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.  She is survived by her mother, Madison Leigh Watson of Warwick;  father, Steven Hunter Allen of Cordele;  step-father, Dane Watson of Warwick; maternal grandparents, Angela Rainey and Cory Miles; paternal grandparents, Steven Allen and Jill Kelly and step-paternal grandmother, Tina Faircloth Allen; maternal great-grandparents, Jimmy and Judy Rainey; paternal great-grandparents, Shirley and Marvin Allen; uncles, Trent Miles and Nate Miles; and an aunt, Megan Runels.
