Evelyn HoustonFuneral services for Evelyn Houston, age 89 of Cordele, will be Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the chapel Of Rainey Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Red Oak Cemetery in Worth County. Evelyn  passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Cordele Health and Rehab.  She was born in Warwick to the late Homer and Louise Davis. She was also the wife of the late Rev. Loren Houston and was an active member of Warwick First Baptist Church. Evelyn is survived by her grandsons, Scott Eldridge of Cordele and Ben Eldridge and his wife, Kim of Watkinsville;  sister, Nell Robitzch of Cordele; great-grandchildren, Camden Eldridge and Sawyer Eldridge, both of Watkinsville; and son-in-law, Carol Eldridge of Franklin, NC.
