Randall Stevie Perry of Arabi passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church with burial following in Cedar Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 5 until 7 p.m.

Stevie, 66, was born in Cordele, the son of the late N.C. Perry and Christine Atkinson Perry. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carol Perry, a granddaughter, Kasey Wooten,  brother, Leonard Willis “Tap” Perry, and a brother-in-law, Jack Calhoun. Stevie was an electrician (RET) at Harris Group and faithful member of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church where he led the singing. He loved to square dance, fish and ride the country roads watching for deer. Most of all he loved his family and the precious time he spent with them.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Swain Perry of Arabi; five children, Sheila Southwell of Arabi, Stephanie Satterfield and her fiance, Henry Beasley of Cordele, Lila Southwell of Arabi, Beverly Clark of Cordele and Angel Wooten of Rochelle; two brothers and their wives, Charles and Mary Perry and Tim and Patty Perry of Cordele; a sister, Shirley Calhoun of Cordele; a sister-in-law, Emily Perry of Warwick; eleven grandchildren and their spouses, Steven Perry, Marvin Tharpe, II, Jonathan Holt, Kylie and Austin Martin, Austin Holt, John Wesley and Katie Tripp, Hayley and Benjamin Dowdy, Kacey and Brandon Rivers, Kaylee Nicole, and Michael Redden III; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
