The CCHS Chess Club competed at GSW on Saturday, April 20th. The team competed with four high school students. Senior Path Patel, Junior Levi Stinton, Sophomore Mary Ruth Johnson, and Freshman Jackson Thomas. Coach Bailey spent a successful day with the team where Levi finished 1st place overall for high school with a 4-0-1 record. Parth placed 3rd with a 4-1-0 record. Jackson finished 3-2. There were 48 players from over ten schools. Please congratulate these Crisp County Cougars on a good well done!
