Griswold pleas not guilty to all charges

The most recent update in the case of Allison Griner Griswold, the Crisp County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Griswold on May 20, 2024, for twenty-seven counts of various criminal offenses.

On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, Griswold pled not guilty to all charges through her attorney Chris Cohilas. Following her arraignment, Judge Chris Hughes held a bond hearing regarding the charges and bond was denied. She currently remains in custody at the Crisp County Jail.
