PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Cordele Water Department will be replacing a water valve on 22^nd Avenue between Joe Wright Drive and 12^th Street.  The water will be turned off on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, beginning at 9:00 am.  Water will remain off until work is completed.  Water will be off in the following areas:

• 400 – 600 blocks of West 22^nd Avenue

Once service is restored, if you experience water discoloration, please allow the water to run for 30 minutes.  If discoloration persists, please contact the Water Treatment Plant at 229-273-2829.
