CORDELE — At approximately 8 AM police responded to Mitchell’s Bait and Tackle, located at 902 West 16th Avenue. Upon arrival at the scene employees reported a single, masked man entered the establishment. He was brandishing a weapon and demanding money. The suspect fired one shot but no one was injured. Employees complied with the suspects demands and he fled the building with an undisclosed amount of cash.
