CORDELE — The Crisp Regional Gift Shop celebrated their grand re-opening with a ribbon cutting Tuesday afternoon.
Over the past few weeks the gift shop has undergone a full makeover, expanding and renovating the gift shop, adding a multitude of new items to the shop that has serviced the community for so many years.
In additional to traditional items the shop has carried such as get well wishes and baby gifts the shop has added a wider selection of clothing and scarves, jewelry, dish items, purses, and candles.
Also new to the Crisp Regional Gift Shop is a variety of items from local craftsmen.
The Crisp Regional Health Services Board was instrumental in bringing about the renovations to the hospital’s gift shop. Steven Gautney, CEO, welcomed those who attended Tuesday’s ribbon cutting. Special Thanks was given by Nella Raines of the Crisp Regional Hospital Auxiliary and Board Chairman Roe Davis cut the ribbon.
The daily operations of the Crisp Regional Hospital Gift Shop are handled by the Auxiliary and all proceeds from the shop goes to the hospital.
