DeCarlos Colbert is a Senior at Crisp County High School. He is currently serving as the Georgia CTI State Officer President. DeCarlos is excited to be awarded the opportunity to attend the National Policy Seminar in Washington, D.C. by GACTE the Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education March 13-15, 2017.
This is a great opportunity for DeCarlos to discuss his story as well as how CTI has helped him to succeed in high school.
Many of you may not know, but not all systems have programs like CTI to assist students and actually Georgia is the only state to have CTI, and CTI students have a 95% rate after graduation of being successfully placed in employment or college.
A fundraiser is in place to assist DeCarlos with the cost of the Washington, D.C. National Policy Seminar Travel Costs.
If you would like to donate, an account has been established at Crisp County High School for him. Any amount will be appreciated. He will need $1500 to cover the costs. Make Checks Payable to:
