The powerhouse vocals of Cordele native Hannah French were at their finest again as she brought the house down with her rendition of “I Know Where I Have Been”, which she sang at the 2017 Cordele Kiwanis Talent Show last Friday at the CCMS auditorium. Hannah went on to win a scholarship and 1st place qualifying her to compete at the state competition to be held in Albany, Georgia, on Saturday, April 29, at the Albany Municipal Auditorium beginning at 3:00 p.m. Come on out to support Hannah as she brings strong representation of your hometown with her gifted range of deep bass to operatic highs. French will be joined by other contestants, grades 9 – 12, who will be competing for $15,000 in college scholarships provided by the Georgia District Kiwanis Foundation. At right, Cordele Kiwanis Club President Bambie Hayes was delighted to present 1st place to Hannah. CONGRATULATIONS, HANNAH!
