At approximately 5:20pm a black male approximately 5’9 slender build robbed the “Yours Supermarket” on 5th ave East. The former “Billy’s Grocery”. The suspect got away with an undetermined amount of cash and headed North on 2nd st. Cordele Police and the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office responded and searched the area. The Dispatch will be running more on this and other robberies in upcoming editions.
