ABBEVILLE – On January 11, 2018 the Wilcox County Sheriff’s Office made two arrest during an undercover narcotic investigation within the city of Abbeville.

William Leonard 24 Y/O of Fitzgerald was arrested and charged with:

Use of communication device to facilitate a drug transaction. (Felony)

Criminal conspiracy of possession with intent to distribute Oxycontin (Felony)

Derick Adkins 29 Y/O of Fitzgerald was arrested and charged with:

Criminal conspiracy of possession with intent to distribute Oxycontin (Felony)

Leonard and Adkins are being held at the Wilcox County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
