Florida fugitive captured in Wilcox County.
Richard Lowe was wanted for the following
Obstruction of Officer with violence and a weapon
Possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute
Possession of firearm by convicted felon
Discharge of a firearm
Driving with license suspended
Lowe was captured at a residence on the outskirts of Rochelle on Copeland road.
