57-year-old Edwina Jordan was struck and killed by a vehicle on 15^th St. about 10 feet north of 19^th Ave. at around 8:35 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13. Jordan entered the roadway traveling west and traveled into the path of a single vehicle. The driver of the vehicle is unhurt and is a female minor, so her name will not be released. Blood test results from Jordan and the minor driver have not been determined as of yet. Georgia State Patrol’s Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team (SCRT) is working the investigation of the crash. More information will be posted as they are made available.
