30th Annual Watermelon Capital Queens Crowned

CORDELE – At the Crisp County Middle School auditorium Saturday afternoon  as Cordele’s 30th Annual Watermelon Festival Capital Queens were crowned. Taking their place to represent  Cordele in the upcoming 69th Annual Watermelon Days Festival events are (front) Little Miss Melon Gracie Peyton Tribble of Byron, Tiny Miss Melon Emmalee Anna Boggs of Albany, (back row l-r) Petite Miss Melon Aubrie Pope of Bonaire, Miss Melon Gillian Pritchett of Warner Robins, Junior Miss Melon Lauren Clary of Bethlehem, and Mary-Margaret Waddell of Americus.

In the Tiny Miss category the Queen is Emmalee Anna Boggs, 1st Runner up is Zoey Pope, 2nd Runner up is Ellie Claire Wilcox, 3rd Runner up is Kinsley Brooke Rainey, and 4th Runner up is Amelia Belle Wilkerson.

In the Little Miss Melon category the Queen is Gracie Peyton Tribble, Gracie also won the Prettiest Dress. 1st Runner-up is Ragan Elise Rainey, 2nd Runner up is Chloe Elise Cross, and Nessah Camaurie Balam.

In the Petite Miss Melon category the Queen is Mary-Margaret Waddell, Mary-Margaret also won Prettiest Dress, 1st Runner up is Aubrie Pope, 2nd Runner up is McKenzie Alyse Porter of Albany, 3rd Runner up is Victoria Marie Dickerson of Cordele, and 4th Runner up was Ava Michelle Arzola of Cordele.

In the Young Miss category the Queen is Tyler Anne Pope of Bonaire, and 1st Runner up is Macy Hall of Warner Robins.

In the Junior Miss category the Queen is Lauren Clary of Bethlehem, and in the Miss Melon category the Queen is Gilliam Pritchett of Warner Robins.
