: The Georgia Department of Corrections issued this BOLO "Be on the lookout" notice via social media at roughly 3:20 p.m. on Thursday. The inmate, James Doyle Moss, walked off his state prison work detail at the Cordele Farmers Market at approximately 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
