No one injured in Friday afternoon fire

A Friday afternoon house fire at 912 S. Fifth Street completely destroyed one of the bedrooms. Cordele firefighters answered the alarm and found the interior of one of the bedrooms ablaze. No one was injured and the cause is still under investigation.
